Jacqui Ravensdale
Osteopath
Prior to graduating, Jacqui was (and continues to be) a personal trainer, who has always put health, physical and mental, at the forefront of everything she does. After many years of personal training experience, Jacqui decided to become an osteopath to help people in more ways.
Jacquis Expertise
Jacqui is equipped to treat various patients’ conditions, from ongoing chronic issues to flare-ups and more acute presentations. Her area of expertise is hips, knees, and ankles and getting people back to moving.
About Jacqui
Her approach to treatment is always patient-centred, how can we help in the way that is best for you? If appropriate, she may prescribe exercises to aid with recovery. Her belief is that movement is key in recovery, but always in a way that you enjoy and find accessible.
Jacqui qualified from the University College of Osteopathy in London and is keen to continue her learning while working and keeping up to date with research, particularly in areas such as pain science and rehabilitation, to understand how osteopathy can best help you.
Outside of osteopathy, Jacqui is in the gym, training towards her strength goals and Hyrox competitions. She’s also scouting out the best coffee around – and after recently returning home to Yorkshire after many years in London, she will be out exploring the gorgeous countryside with her dog and paddleboard!
