John is an HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist with over two years of clinical experience. He is currently completing his MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University.

John specialises in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, including post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. His extensive experience treating all-level athletes across various sports, along with his FIFA sports medicine diploma, has equipped him with comprehensive expertise in managing a wide range of sports and musculoskeletal injuries.
About John
John believes that most injuries result from poor posture and lifestyle factors. During consultations he takes an in depth patient history including their background and wellbeing to devise a personalized, tailor made treatment plan offering practical advice on healthy lifestyles for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
John employs a patient-centered approach using various therapy techniques, including manual and exercise therapy, biomechanics and analysis, dry needling, Kinesio taping, shockwave and electrotherapy. He offers consultations on ergonomics, biomechanics, nutrition, and injury prevention measures. Additionally, he may provides home visits for patients and refers patients for imaging or to specialists when appropriate.
