Holistic Pelvic Health

Holistic pelvic health sessions offer gentle, supportive care for women, focusing on promoting pelvic comfort and optimal function. These sessions aim to ease muscular tension, improve breath-to-core coordination, and support the overall wellbeing and function of the pelvic region.

Treatment approaches may include:

  • Pelvic floor release techniques to address tension and discomfort
  • Pelvic floor engagement work to support strength and function
  • Breath–core synergy to improve coordination between breathing mechanics and pelvic support
  • Diaphragm and rib mobility to support pelvic floor coordination
  • Postural guidance to support daily comfort and pelvic alignment
  • Lifestyle advice relating to movement, daily activities, and habits that may influence pelvic symptoms

Where appropriate, an internal pelvic assessment is offered. If areas of tension are identified, gentle internal and/or external release techniques may be included as part of the session.
