Psychotherapy, Coaching and Mediation

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy designed to give people a safe space to explore issues or concerns they experience related to their mental health and wellbeing. We are warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental. We aim to have a positive impact on your mental health and wellbeing, no matter your situation.

We use the Human Givens approach, looking holistically at all aspects of a person’s life, and use the latest, evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide how we work and support you. If you wish, support may also include deep relaxation or hypnotherapy to aid the process of change.

We provide support to people of all ages including young people, adults, couples, and families. We offer each person, couple or family a wide range of practical, emotional and psychological tools and strategies, bespoke based on the situation. Our coaching approach is centered on building goals and identifying the steps and milestones required to achieve those goals.
