GAVIN SHERRIFF

Gavin Sherriff

Senior Osteopath

Gavin qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2014 and has worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings, with extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Throughout his career, he has helped individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and return to the activities that are important to them.

Taking a holistic approach to treatment, Gavin recognises that pain does not always mean injury. He works closely with patients to understand the underlying contributors to their symptoms, providing clear explanations, practical advice, and tailored rehabilitation programmes designed to restore movement, confidence, and function.

His treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with prescribed exercise to achieve meaningful, long-term results. Whether treating neck pain, back pain, sports-related injuries, or postural concerns, Gavin aims to help patients maintain an active and freely moving body.

Away from the clinic, Gavin enjoys working out at the gym, cooking and travelling. His personal interest in fitness and movement helps shape a practical, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term physical wellbeing.
