Aisha Taylor
Aisha Taylor
Senior Osteopath, Women’s Health
Aisha graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. She takes time to understand each individual, tailoring her approach to help every patient restore balance in the body and regain comfortable, everyday function.
Her treatment aims to provide a gently yielding approach to patients and their pain, working in harmony with the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. Her techniques include gentle myofascial release, visceral and cranial osteopathy alongside nutrition, exercise and lifestyle advice, to help complement and provide a holistic approach during her treatment sessions.
Aisha specialises in women’s health and paediatric osteopathy (0–12 months). She supports women through pregnancy and into their postnatal journey and has extensive training in women’s health, including Mummy MOT practitioner training, Pelvic Floor Assessment, and the Jilly Bond Happy Bladder programme.
She has also completed the JEMS® Movement Arc 1 course, which focuses on evaluating functional movement, and applying JEMS® targeted embodied techniques to support alignment, strength, coordination, and overall wellbeing.
In addition to Osteopathy, Aisha offers Mummy MOT, Holistic Pelvic Health, Paediatric Osteopathy, and C-section/Hysterectomy Scar Therapy.
Aisha practices Pilates and somatic yoga, which further enhances her understanding of the body and supports her connection to movement, breath, and interoceptive awareness, insights she brings into her sessions with her patients.
