Daniel Ortega – Bowen

Daniel graduated with first class honours with his Master’s of Osteopathy from Swansea University, ranked first in the UK for Complementary Medicine. Over the past two years, he has treated a wide range of patients at the Swansea Health & Wellbeing Academy and in an NHS GP practice.

During consultations, Daniel explores the root cause of each problem and learns about his patients’ goals. He combines hands-on techniques with tailored exercise programmes and lifestyle advice to help people feel better and move toward their personal objectives.

Daniel believes everyone can benefit from osteopathic care. He is particularly focused on helping patients manage persistent or long-term conditions and supporting rehabilitation after injury or surgery. Registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy, Daniel keeps his practice informed by the latest research and developments in the field.

Raised by an English mother and Spanish father, Daniel grew up in Madrid, Manchester, and Valencia. Before training as an osteopath, he worked in marketing, teaching, and as a lifeguard. A lifelong interest in health, sport, and nutrition – together with his own experiences as an athletics and swimming patient – sparked his decision to study osteopathy as a second degree.
