Emily Coulthard-Jones
Osteopath
Emily joined the Good Health Centre in March 2017, shortly after graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 2016. Her path to osteopathy began with her own aches and pains from playing hockey. A word-of-mouth referral led her to an osteopath, and from the very first treatment she knew she’d found her calling.
Since graduating, Emily has developed a special interest in the connection between pain and mental health. She helps patients understand how mind and body influence each other, giving them more control over their symptoms and management. She particularly enjoys treating the neck and shoulders, areas often affected by stress.
Emily values the collaborative environment at the Good Health Centre, where weekly meetings foster shared knowledge and a team-based approach to patient care. When you see her, you benefit from the collective expertise of the whole practice.
She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and fully insured through the Institute of Osteopathy.
Outside of the clinic, Emily is a lifelong animal lover and a qualified equine osteopath. She also enjoys exploring the countryside, bird-watching, and doting on cats.
