Richa is an experienced physiotherapist with a broad background across medical and musculoskeletal care. Since qualifying in 2018, she earned a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and worked in settings ranging from charitable hospitals to specialist private clinics.
During her role as a consultant physiotherapist, Richa has supported patients with lymphoedema, cardiopulmonary, respiratory and neurological issues. She is also a licensed Perrin Technique practitioner and has helped countless people struggling with fatigue, often due to post-viral syndromes or underlying conditions, to better health and vitality.
Richa has undertaken specialist training in soft-tissue techniques, which she frequently integrates when treating both acute and long-standing musculoskeletal problems. She tailors every treatment plan to the individual, aiming to reduce pain, restore function, and speed recovery.
Richa works with a wide range of neurological, respiratory, and musculoskeletal conditions, including oncology and post-surgical rehabilitation, helping each patient reach their full potential.
If physiotherapy hadn’t been her calling, Richa might have been a Bollywood actress! She has competed in singing and acting competitions and still regularly rehearses classical Indian music. She enjoys watching movies and experiencing cultures across the world when travelling with her husband.
