Josh McCollum
Josh McCollum
Senior Osteopath
Specialisms:
Josh grew up in various locations across the UK and Europe as part of his military upbringing, attending Worksop College before completing his Masterâs degree in Osteopathy at Leeds Beckett University.
He treats a variety of patients with a variety of conditions: from acute injuries to chronic conditions. During a consultation, Josh takes a whole-body approach rather than focusing solely on the area of pain. This enables him to provide personalised advice on factors affecting recovery, such as posture or exercise habits, and to design tailored exercise programmes. Where appropriate, he offers multiple treatment options so patients can make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Josh is also qualified in dry needling, advanced kinesiology taping, and cranial osteopathy. During his education, he pursued his interest in bridging elite sports and osteopathy, becoming a member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association, attending sporting masterclasses, and treating competitors in the Worldâs Strongest Man competition.
An active individual, Josh enjoys rugby, hockey, athletics, snowboarding, weightlifting, and cross-country running.
