What Is Pelvic Health?

Pelvic Assessment and Treatment for pelvic pain or bladder dysfunction.

Involves manual treatment both internally and externally, relaxation training, strengthening and behavioural interventions that all work together to help in alleviating symptoms.

What To Expect

The pelvic floor assessment would include an internal pelvic exam and you will be required to remove the bottom half of your clothing.

You will be asked to sign a consent form or give a verbal agreement before the exam takes place.
