About Simon
Simon has enjoyed working with an array of sporting individuals ranging from the Kings College London Regents American Football Club to rugby union players and professional footballers.
Off the track or playing field, Simon sees osteopathy as being appropriate for all ages and lifestyles. He takes an interest in all avenues of osteopathy from cranial and visceral treatment, to structural and functional approaches, intently listening and utilitising a wealth of knowledge to aid in the swift recovery of those he meets.
Previously, he qualified in sports massage therapy to enhance his skills trackside when working with UK athletes. He has also worked alongside British Athletics coaches to enhance recovery of athletes and prevent re-injury using a biomechanical and functional approach to assessment and treatment.
Simon originates from Yorkshire and is looking forward to returning to work with people in the surrounding areas. He works with the upmost scrutiny and believes there is always something to improve upon, leading to a more fulfilling and powerful life.
