About Aisha
Aisha enjoys getting to know and understanding each individual to find a suitable approach that will help each different patient restore a healthy balance in the body and regain the ability to function in their day-to-day life.
Aisha has an interest in treating babies and is also particularly interested in working with women, through supporting them in their pregnancy and into their postnatal journey.
Her treatment aims to provide a gentle yielding approach to patients, and their pain, working in harmony with the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. Her techniques include gentle myofascial release, visceral and cranial osteopathy alongside nutrition, exercise and lifestyle advice, to help complement and provide a holistic approach during treatment sessions.
In her spare time, Aisha practices pilates and yoga which further allows her to have a better understanding of the human body mechanics and movement.
Aisha has trained further in treatments specifically related to women’s health. She has completed the ‘Mummy MOT’ Practitioner training and a Pelvic Floor assessment workshop. Alongside this, she has completed Jilly Bond’s Happy Bladder programme, and has trained in Mizan Therapy. She enjoys integrating her learnings into her treatments.
