Osteopathy

About Daniel

Over the past 2 years, he has treated a wide variety of patients in the Swansea Health & Wellbeing Academy, and also in an NHS GP practice.

He will ask a series of questions to explore the root cause of the problem and to understand his patient’s goals. Daniel then combines ‘hands on’ techniques with a tailored exercise prescription and lifestyle advice to help his patients feel better and move in the right direction to achieve their personal goals.

Having been raised by an English mother and Spanish father, Daniel grew up living in different cities including Madrid, Manchester and Valencia. Before becoming an osteopath, he worked in marketing, teaching and as a lifeguard. Having always been passionate about health, sport & nutrition, it was his background in athletics and swimming that led him to becoming an osteopathy patient himself to resolve various injuries – and his fascination motivated him to study his second degree and become an osteopath himself!

Daniel believes that everyone can benefit significantly from osteopathy. He is keen to help patients with all types of ailments, whether they be work, sport or posture related. Daniel also likes to focus on helping patients manage persistent long-term conditions, and to help patients rehabilitate from injury or surgery.

Daniel is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
