About Natasha

Natasha believes in a proactive, preventable medical approach and is driven to try and find the root cause for illness, rather than treating the symptoms. Natasha practices a whole person approach, taking a detailed case history and functional testing if needed, to identify potential triggers and mediators to make changes to support the body and select the right tools to get back to balance and regain optimal health and wellbeing.

Natasha’s passion for gut health will help you discover the impact it can have on all aspects of health, including hormone balancing, skin problems including Eczema and Acne, Low Energy, Weight Gain, IBS, Insomnia, Type 2 Diabetes, Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid, Anxiety, Depression etc.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated but with conflicting advice out there it is essential you access the right help at the right time to enable you to gain clarity and listen to what your body needs to thrive. Natasha doesn’t personally believe in ‘fad’ restrictive diets, fasting or counting calories. Her preference is to work with clients over 3-4 months to transform energy, support digestion, balance hormones, reduce sugar cravings, and improve a general feeling of wellbeing with the aim of you feeling equipped to live your best life.
